Sarah Peyton, international constellations facilitator, Certified Trainer of Nonviolent Communication and neuroscience educator, integrates family constellations, brain science and the use of resonant language to heal trauma.
She teaches and lectures internationally, is the author of several books, among these “Your Resonant Self: Guided Meditations and Exercises to Engage Your Brain’s Capacity for Healing,” published by Norton Publishing in 2017, and “Your Resonant Self Workbook”, same publisher 2021, and is a regular contributor to The Knowing Field of International Constellations Journal, was the author of a chapter for Stephan Hausner’s book Salutogene Aufstellungen, is an annual guest speaker and teacher at the ISCA Constellations Intensive in Southern Germany.
Her work focuses on how we hear and understand one another, effective ways to connect hearts, and developing self-compassion and clarity. Her passion is watching people’s self-understanding deepen into warmth.
